George is very knowledgable about the entire process of buying and selling a house. He looked over our house and gave us recommendations on staging and curb appeal. He was very thorough when we signed the contract, and he is very knowledgable about the entire process. He is easy to get in touch with, and I found him to be open and honest throughout.
When we were looking for a house, he didn't just walk in and point out the hardwood floors and the tilt-in windows. He went up in the attic and looked around, looked into crawl spaces, pointing out the good and the bad of each house. He even helped us rank the houses and the neighborhoods.
I have recommended George to many people. I would use him in the future, but we found our perfect house and don't plan to move any time soon!
We found George on Zillow because of his outstanding reviews and without a doubt he's lived up to and exceeded every expectation. His goal was to help us find the perfect house for us and without a doubt we are now in the perfect house for our family. His knowledge of the area, straight forward and often humorous assessment of houses, promptness (I swear the man never sleeps) and wonderful personality made a very stressful process extremely enjoyable. We were only considering relocating to the Nashville area from NJ as well as other parts of the country. After a weekend with George, we felt we knew the area as well as back home in NJ. George understood what we wanted to look at (and what we didn't want to see), and gave us a good selection to choose from. My wife did her homework and from multiple sources of listings, she gave George a list to show us in addition to his recommendations. George never tried to sway us toward anything we weren't excited about. believe me, I've owned numerous homes and most realtors try to show only their own listings; George never did this. The only regret I have with George is he wasn't able to be our realtor for the sale of the New Jersey home.
George helped us in the purchase of a new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and absolutely awesome in presenting ideas of what we could do with the place.
